Chocolate Granola

     I'm always a big fan of granola but I'm an all in when it's quick and easy and turns out amazing. This chocolate granola recipe combines all three of my favorite components to any recipe and I'm happy to share it all with you! It's quick to stir and quick to bake, easy to assemble and tastes too good to be true.

     It makes a great breakfast cereal, added to the top of yogurt or perhaps alone as a snack.There's plenty of options and I won't judge when you go back for seconds....especially because it's gluten, dairy, and sugar free too!!

   

Chocolate Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Oats

  • 2 Scoops Vega Protein Chocolate Powder

  • 1/3 C Chopped Walnuts

  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

  • 1 Tbsp. Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray a baking pan.

  2. Combine all ingredients into a medium sized bowl.

  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  4. Let cool and store in a glass container.

  5. Makes enough for 2-3 individuals and can be easily doubled.
