This Apple Harvest Nacho dish combines all the tantalizing elements that so many of us love to incorporate into our diet this time of year. This recipe can easily be adjusted anytime of the year to include all the ingredients listed and even some that aren't...get creative and make your own unique combination!

This is also a great dish to create alongside your kids if you're feeling brave! Call the kids to the kitchen and watch them tap into their creative side to assemble a healthy dish their proud of making (that will only make them appreciate it all the more!!). This dish is easy to put together with everyday ingredients that you usually have on hand and can be adjusted for ones you don't.
